Welcome to the modern application for presenting the Serbian cultural heritage - "RETURN TO THE ORIGIN". The project of digitization and presentation of the cultural heritage of the Serbs represents a synthesis of scientific and research work in the field in the previous 25 years. In 2015 and 2018, KUD Kopaonik from Leposavic published and publicly published two books "Return to the origin", in which the results of research from specific localities were presented. By digitizing material works through these books, we show the folklore color of our national costumes from the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century, dances and songs with a focus on the Serbian church and spiritual heritage in the places where Serbs lived and still live today. The goal of the application is to present, in addition to informative content about traditional games and songs, ethnographic details of the clothing of the population from the researched area, and spatially approximate and evoke the feeling of the living conditions of that time. The material content is presented in a simple informative way through folklore choreographies that belong to the researched area. The practical use value of the application is such that, in a simple way, it introduces the user to 16 locations through an active map and an active menu with position markers and corresponding researched points, allowing access to all information such as the historiography of the place, the presentation of the folk costumes of the area, the display of notation processed songs that identity belong to that region and the application of songs through choreography, which is an integral part of the presentation. The purpose and meaning of the existence of such an application is a simple and direct way to present the values of identity and show younger generations the beauty left by their ancestors. Returning to the origin and our origin tells us that by preserving traditional values, we preserve our identity, as do all other peoples on the planet. Going back to the principles of family values, we can see what the times were like for the people who lived in that period. The application is based on facts from the field, does not insult or belittle anyone; Only confirmed scientifically researched facts. Get to know the Serbian identity values and enjoy!
